When you and your kids leave the car, make it a family habit to grab any items or trash around your seat and in the cupholders. That’s the exit-ticket! Make it fun.
Go to an automatic car wash regularly. They are affordable and you can quickly vacuum it out while you are there. Get their paint wax as needed.
Get the inside of your car detailed twice a year or as needed. ( like after a spill or pet emergency )
Did you know? According to Kelly blue book, the interior of a car holds 30-35% of a cars value.
Can I detail my own car? Yep you definitely can. One
thing to consider before you do is what equipment you
will need and the time required. You might not have an
industrial steam cleaner, carpet extractor, or all of the
products, but with $500 you could put together a very basic setup. An advanced setup like the one I use is over $1,900. Detailing every nook and cranny of your car will take skill, time, and patience.
How much does one time detailing cost, and how long does it take? An interior restoration costs $125-$175 depending on vehicle size. Most pros will take 2-3 hours. Exterior services are also available.
So keep us in mind. We are local in Salem city. Utah county has a lot of detailing services, but we are a perfect fit for the busy family with practical needs.
